The Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing C Channel’s presence on multiple social media accounts, including Facebook, Youtube, and Instagram. The Social Media Specialist acts as a voice for C Channel—a digital storyteller—crafting content that helps audience in how-to video of beauty, lifestyle, and food.
- Plans, creates, and implements a social media strategy on Facebook, Youtube, and Instagram. This includes maintaining an editorial calendar and researching, creating and posting original content, including taking high-resolution photos.
- Creates social media campaigns, including the development of original hashtags, with the goal of increasing awareness and audience.
- Develops engaging social media content that highlights C Channel’s services and outreach.
- Responds to audience inquiries on social media channels.
- Uses analytics information to shift performance and strategies to meet institutional goals
- Manages social media ads and budget to increase reach and engagement.
