● Build strong relationships with clients to ensure retention, renewals, up-sells, and satisfaction.
● Communicate regularly with clients, building a strong partnership and understanding their needs as the partnership grows.
● Develop concepts and planning according to the objective of each projects from clients.
● Proactively assess, clarify, and validate clients’ expectations and new platform feature sets/reporting Monitor project status, progress, and deliverables through continuous communication.
● Be an industry expert, constantly learning about ways to improve our client services.
● Fresh graduates or students are welcome to apply.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong time management and organizational skills.
● Proficiency using the Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Keynote. Able to operate Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
● Creative, has the ability to perform root cause identification, and develop resolutions.
